A Simple Process
Doran Companies, the developer, builder, and owner of The Knoll, has crafted an application and lease process that is tailored to today’s savvy students and their parents. The typical lease process either starts with an online application or with a visit by you or your child to our convenient and professionally staffed leasing center in the Knoll building at 930 University Ave SE. All residents that do not meet our income and credit requirements will need to have a qualified Guarantor/Cosigner, usually a parent, complete two forms — the Guaranty/Co-Signer Application and the Guaranty Agreement which is then inserted into the completed lease.
